ScientAct S.A. was established, on 1995. from people with extremely business and scientific experience at the field of high technology and its applications, at the fields of environmental research equipment and monitoring.

The company was established, with main object the formation of a dynamic and quickly progressive organism. In order to achieve thsi object, from the first day were set the main axes of activity and which briefly were and still are the following:

INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEMS OF OUR COMPANY
Today, after having installed telematics network measurement systems that enumerate more than 500 units, we have highest level of expertise, not only within the Greek borders In 2002 we undertook the design and installation of meteorological and hydrological network stations on behalf of the Bulgarian Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, which operates to this day with exemplary precision
The next years we undertook and installed measuring systems in the Danube River along the Bulgarian-Romanian borders. Similar systems installed in FYROM as well as in Albania
In August 2007, our company undertook the design and construction of a dedicated weather station on behalf of the French Public Electricity Company (EDF).
The station was delivered and installed in early October 2007.
After a two months pilot operation, EDF has decided to create network of stations in southern Europe but also in other regions such as Central America.
In January of 2008 our company delivered four new stations, while our staff trained engineers at EDF facilities in Beziers and Paris. In March 2008, our company delivered four additional stations. In January 2009, we delivered four other stations.
EDF having very vast experience in renewable energy sources and also in measuring systems, has chosen our system after extensive testing of both the European systems and systems of origin USA

INSTALLED SYSTEMS
Our company has installed and maintains over 500 telemetric systems. There is a table following with the main networks we have installed, from 2003 until today.
At this point we would like to note that we are probably the only private company in Greece, which has, server for routing

technology . The company provides free routing metrics for small networks of a -3 station. This gave us the opportunity to study in depth the process of GPRS - Internet, so now you can design and offer the most stable and reliable telemetric networks
